1. What this site is
Kingman Heating & Air is Kingman Heating & Air, a service of AuthenitcBrand, LLC. Kingman Heating & Air is an independent local resource, not a heating and cooling contractor. We publish cost and repair research for Kingman homeowners and pass requests to independent, licensed Arizona HVAC companies who do the actual work. This site is not a party to any agreement you enter into with an HVAC company, does not perform HVAC work, and does not warrant any company's work. Using this site or its referral service means you accept these terms.
2. The referral service
When you submit a quote request through this site, it is forwarded to one independent, licensed Arizona HVAC company serving Kingman or Golden Valley. That company may pay a referral fee for the introduction; the fee does not change the price quoted to you. Before listing any company on the Kingman HVAC companies page, we confirm it holds an active Arizona ROC license in class CR-39 (or C-39/R-39R) — but Companies we pass requests to report holding an active Arizona ROC licence (class CR-39) and insurance. Verify any contractor yourself at azroc.my.site.com before hiring. You remain responsible for your own hiring decision, including getting a written, itemized quote before work begins.
2A. SMS / text messaging program
Program description. If you opt in via the consent checkbox on our forms, Kingman Heating & Air may send SMS messages related to your specific service request — confirmations, follow-up questions, and contact details for the matched HVAC company. This is a transactional program, not a marketing or promotional list. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — you'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact page.
Rates and carrier disclaimer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled — SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Content is information, not professional advice
Cost ranges, diagnostic guides, and checklists on this site are researched estimates for general information, published with a source and a date. They are not a quote, an engineering assessment, or a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed technician. Your actual price may differ. Rebate and tax-credit information reflects our understanding as of the date stated on each page and can change — confirm current details with the program administrator or a tax professional before relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
Don't submit false quote requests, scrape or republish this site's content at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to route a request that appears abusive or fraudulent.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site and its referral service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingman Heating & Air is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or work performed by any HVAC company you were referred to — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100. Your agreement for any HVAC work is solely between you and the company you hire.
6. Intellectual property
The text, research, and design on this site belong to Kingman Heating & Air. You're welcome to link to it and quote brief excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission.
7. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
